I bought 3 long sleeve cotton t-shirts in the sale. No P&P additional cost at checkout & arrived 2 days after order. T-shirts were thick cotton & as I’ve had a few before are excellent quality. Can’t fault Superdry at all.

I bought some organic cotton knickers, and at first they were great. After just a short time, the elastic is wearing away - so they constantly ride up and give me a wedgie :-/

Ordering and delivery was good,however returning some of the order was problematic and stressful. On the returns website the order could not be recognised , none of the 3 options worked, I tried many times before giving up and driving 30 miles to a store who could then NOT accept returns. After trying to help us make the site work they managed to get through on line to customer service and eventually we were sent a QR Code. A kind young man helped us although his manager objected and was quite objectionable. Would not buy from Superdry again.

Hi I ordered a pair of stone coloured cargo shorts, however I received a burgundy zip up sweat top.

Arrived quickly but returns really difficult.

Return policy and electronic label contradicts. It says free returns, refers to label for package then on the reverse says you are responsible for cost of return??

There is no return label in the package.

Found it confusing and not straight forward.

Seen this online, it was reduced, the colour looked good and when it arrived on time and quick, the colour was perfect for what I was looking for. The quality is really good, and I’m sure it will be greatly welcomed as a Xmas pressie x

Product is fine, but why is large really extra large. You website does not work or is so slow.
